Tenzing builds senior team
Scaling resources to improve support for UK lower mid market growth buyouts
Tenzing today announces the appointment of Sean Williams as Non Executive Director, Simon Stevenson as Origination and Talent Director, Milan Kellner as Investment Manager and Natalia Mann as Operations Manager.
Sean Williams joins Tenzing having recently retired from an illustrious lead advisory career at PwC where latterly he led the UK M&A practice. Prior to this he led the Consumer and Industrial Products M&A teams at PwC. During his career he successfully completed in excess of 100 mid market transactions including Car Trawler, Farrow and Ball, JAC Travel and Baxter Storey, Sean was named ICAEW Corporate Financier of the Year in 2008. In addition to the in-depth sector expertise Sean brings to Tenzing, he also adds broader strategic and commercial insight and support on deal execution tactics.

Simon Stevenson joins Tenzing to drive its origination program with the advisory community as well as to support portfolio companies with their senior talent needs and ambitions. Simon has had a very successful entrepreneurial career in both executive search and business development, having founded and built up a number of successful search firms not least of which included Stevenson James.
Milan Kellner has chosen to join Tenzing after having had an impressive impact on his M&A team at EY. Natalia Mann is an invaluable addition to the team allowing us to dedicate our time to investing and supporting ambitious entrepreneurs.
Tenzing is focused on investing and supporting entrepreneurs and senior executive teams of high growth SMEs for buyouts between £10m-£50m. Tenzing invests across all sectors and during 2015 completed investments in Fleetway (technology travel) and MBI (data, subscriptions and events). The expansion of its talented team is core to delivering its strategy and ambition to become the leading UK lower mid market investor.
