Team Tenzing Atlantic Challenge

Tenzing Sponsored Rowers Embark on Trans-Atlantic Challenge

Today marks the start of a potential 90 day journey across the Atlantic for two young oarsmen, Max Thorpe and Chris Williams, as they endeavour to win the 2017/18 Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge as Team Tenzing. The two friends are rowing the 3,000 miles in aid of Cardiac Risk in the Young and raising awareness of ocean pollution.

“We are inspired by the adventure that Max and Chris are embarking on. They will push themselves way beyond their comfort zone, physically and mentally achieving more than even they can imagine. We believe this type of adventure will inspire others as to what ambitious people are capable of when they put their mind to it.”

At Tenzing we admire people and particularly entrepreneurs who challenge and push themselves outside their comfort zones to create exceptional businesses; a journey that rarely follows the original path. We relish partnering with ambitious and open minded entrepreneurs, looking to provide them with a supportive and practical growth ecosystem as well as the capital to realise their potential.

We’ll be following their journey on tenzing.pe and you can find out more or donate to their cause here: www.teamtenzing.org

As we support them as they rise to this incredible challenge, we’d like to thank you for your support over the past year, which has been an incredible journey for us all at Tenzing.

With very best wishes for the festive season,
Christian, Guy, Rob and all at Team Tenzing
