Her mission is to pair each team’s vision for their business with her experience in investing in the DACH market and Tenzing’s capital and value-creation specialists to build impressive category leaders.

Prior to Tenzing, Aylin worked as an Investment Director at PINOVA Capital, leading transactions at the intersection of technology and the German Mittelstand and working hand-in-hand with management teams on value creation. Earlier in her career she honed her analytical edge in PwC’s Transaction Services practice, guiding private-equity clients through buy- and sell-side diligence.
Aylin was drawn to Tenzing’s investment approach that matches capital with genuine, operating firepower and the firm’s ambitious culture where curiosity, kindness and high performance go hand in hand.
