Baxter Brook is an AI Sherpa at Tenzing, where he helps portfolio companies unlock tangible value through practical, high-impact AI solutions. His mission is to make AI feel accessible, useful, and immediately transformative, whether that’s streamlining internal processes, enhancing products, or uncovering new growth opportunities. He works closely with portfolio leadership and technical teams, guiding them from early AI ideation through to prototypes and MVPs that can be delivered and implemented quickly.
Before joining Tenzing, Baxter co-founded a London-based web development agency, building digital products and developing a strong foundation in user-centric design and technical execution. Baxter has been using AI tools since their earliest days and saw an opportunity to pair that experience with his technical background, transitioning into AI product development early. He joined Tenzing to help shape how the portfolio adopts AI in a smart, sustainable, and value-driven way.
