Boris is an Investment Lead at Tenzing, where he focuses on identifying, evaluating and partnering with outstanding software and technology-enabled businesses across the DACH region. He works closely with founders, management teams and advisors throughout the investment lifecycle, helping businesses grow and realise their long-term potential.
With more than a decade experience investing in software businesses, Boris combines investment expertise with a hands-on approach to value creation. He enjoys partnering with ambitious founders and management teams to help build exceptional tech businesses.
Prior to joining Tenzing, Boris spent six years at GENUI, where he led the firm’s Software Practice. During this time, he focused on investing in software businesses and partnering with management teams to accelerate growth through international expansion, commercial excellence, pricing and strategic acquisitions, while serving on the boards of several portfolio companies.
Earlier in his career, Boris helped build Elvaston’s presence in the DACH region, focusing on identifying and executing investments in technology businesses.
Boris joined Tenzing because of its entrepreneurial culture and its belief in building exceptional software businesses through close partnership with founders. Outside work, Boris enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, travelling and staying active.
