Dav is our Portfolio Sales Lead and will be working as part of our Growth Team directly with our portfolio companies and their Sales Leaders to create and encourage sales excellence.
Having held various senior Sales Leadership roles within PE-backed tech businesses, Dav brings innovative approaches to driving results and building high-performance teams.
Joining Tenzing at a time of hyper-growth was a “no-brainer” for Dav. The opportunity to work with a wide variety of exceptional businesses to help amplify the sales function was the perfect role combining her sales knowledge, tactical and operational experience, and passion for developing talent.
