Ed supports the Saville Assessment management team on strategic projects, working to grow the existing customer base while also looking at some exciting international acquisition opportunities.
Having grown up on the beautiful beaches of Dorset, Ed started his career in Corporate Finance at PwC before moving into Strategy Consultancy. From there, he went on to found and run his own health food, marketing and PR companies while also helping to build and scale others. On the way, he spent four years in the Middle East, helping to identify and integrate International joint ventures and acquisitions for a family office.
Keen to expand his understanding of how high-growth, tech-enabled, PE-backed companies run and deliver consistent, outsized returns, Ed was drawn to Tenzing and specifically the Sherpa Programme, which he sees as a perfect platform to put his experience to work while learning lots and enjoying working with fast-moving businesses, alongside talented and knowledgable people.
