Florent sits in the Investment Team, where he focuses on identifying, evaluating and executing investments in software and tech-enabled services businesses across France, the Benelux and Iberia. He is also responsible for originating new investment opportunities, with a particular focus on Office of the CFO (including HCM & Payroll) and GRC software. He enjoys building relationships with founders and management teams long before a deal is on the table.
Prior to joining Tenzing, Florent spent over six years at Five Arrows, the private equity arm of Rothschild & Co, investing in software, tech business services and healthcare companies across Europe, working with management teams from acquisition through to exit. He began his career in the TMT M&A team of BNP Paribas in Paris.
Florent joined Tenzing for its entrepreneurial, high-energy culture and the opportunity to work hands-on with ambitious founders at the stage where an investor can make the biggest difference. He is excited to help grow the firm’s presence in France and continental Europe.
Originally from Paris, Florent holds a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School (Programme Grande École) and has been based in London for over six years.
