Francesca works in the investment team at Tenzing, helping discover, evaluate
and execute investment opportunities.
Francesca started her career at UniCredit in Milan, focused on Group credit risk and then moved to work with the relationship managers. A few years later, she moved back to London to work at McKinsey, focusing on Financial Services.
However, after several years she realised she wanted to have more skin in the
game; the challenge of working with passionate founders to help scale their
companies excited her. To set herself up for this career change, she went to do
her MBA at INSEAD.
Francesca joined the team at Tenzing in 2022.
