Henry joined the Sherpa Programme in 2023, supporting the CEO at Totara on commercial projects and M&A activity.
After completing his training and initial career at RBS in London, Henry moved to Myanmar to work for a telecoms towers company backed by private equity investor TPG. Leading the Corporate Finance function for the group, Henry executed numerous leverage finance transactions totalling $700m over seven years as part of the fastest-ever rollout of telecom towers anywhere in the world.
After the military takeover in Myanmar in 2021, he returned home to London to take up a role as the CFO of Focaldata, a successful tech firm based in Old Street. There, he was responsible for fundraising, FP&A and driving operational improvement.
Henry joined the Sherpa Programme because he wanted to continue to work with PE-backed, high-growth businesses, build on his financial and commercial experience, and gain broader experience in company operations. He is excited to join a dynamic, growth-minded team and to make the most of the development opportunities offered by the programme.
