From rural New York State, Hillary escaped to Florida for a Business/Spanish degree, then off for a year exploring Australia and the far East. Back in the USA, she supported expansion projects with small and large companies, such as a military company producing ballistic protective gear and North America’s largest sporting goods retailer.
Eager to develop her passion for business growth, Hillary completed an MBA at IE in Madrid. She joined Euromonitor in London, then found a passion for growth businesses as one of the first ten employees at Attest, a VC-funded SaaS platform in the market research space and recently Black Swan Data, a VC-funded SaaS platform pioneering predictive analytics.
Passionate about personal and professional development, Hillary has a diploma in transformational coaching where she mentors early-career people on topics such as imposter syndrome, career transitioning and performance management.
Hillary is thrilled to join the Sherpa Programme to transfer her passion for business development, human-centred leadership and solving interesting challenges into portfolio growth. She will be working with Eric Dunmore, CEO at PSSG, to drive operational excellence.
