Ian was previously a Co-Founder, CEO and Chair of Hg and lends us significant real-world experience. He also sits on the Board at Smoothwall.
In addition to Hg, Ian worked at 3i and, more recently, was a board member of the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA). He spends 50% of his time on pro bono work for the UK school system.
