Sales Operations Lead

James May

James is the Sales Operations Lead and is responsible for maximising the leverage of our CRM investment to ensure the Investment Team processes are as slick and automated as possible, ensuring our team has the data they need to focus their efforts as effectively as possible. 

James comes from a SaaS background, having joined from a building intelligence tech start-up driving to reduce carbon emissions. Prior to this, James worked in the insurance software tech industry. 

Nothing satisfies James more than data, processes, systems and all-round operational efficiency. On the flip side, the way to disappoint James is bad data quality, not following processes, and blaming systems because ‘something looks wrong’ – when 99% of the time, it’s a user error!

James joined in 2024 and was inspired by the talented, enthusiastic and hardworking team at Tenzing and couldn’t wait to get working alongside everyone.
