Jess is our Sherpa at MPLC where she is working as Chief of Staff to the CEO, driving operational structure, value creation planning and leading strategic projects directly linked to growth. Jess has a passion for problem solving and applying practical thinking to solutions.
Jess brings over 14 years of experience in operational excellence. Her career has included process improvement consultancy, and she is certified in Lean Six Sigma, having worked across multiple industries and sectors. More recently, she moved in-house to lead transformation and change agendas, including building transformation teams from scratch.
Jess joined the Sherpa programme for access to its unique blend of private equity exposure, the opportunity to operate at C-suite level, and an individually crafted development journey designed to maximise success. She is excited to be embedded at MPLC alongside former Sherpa Rory Shedden and to be part of Tenzing’s strong value creation ecosystem.
