Johan sits within Tenzing’s Investment Team, where he supports the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities across software and technology-enabled services, with a particular focus on the Nordic region.
In his role, he supports key workstreams across the investment process, working closely with senior members of the Investment Team, management teams, and external advisors. Johan contributes to the screening and evaluation of new opportunities and supports financial modelling and commercial analysis throughout the due diligence process, helping to develop clear investment cases and transaction materials.
Prior to joining Tenzing, Johan gained experience across Nordic M&A and private equity, including roles at J.P. Morgan and IK Partners. Before beginning his career in finance, he competed as an elite tennis player, representing Sweden at the European Championships and the Youth Olympics. Johan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of San Francisco, where he also competed as an NCAA Division I tennis student-athlete.
