Jonas works in the Investment Team, leading coverage for the DACH and Nordics regions and working with local management teams to help them scale their businesses domestically and abroad.
He trained with Deloitte, but as a business builder at heart, he has always been passionate about scaling businesses and so spent most of his past helping tech-enabled service businesses expand internationally before joining the founding team of a lower mid-market software fund. It was here that he learned one of the recipes to winning over German Founders involves long nights in a Munich beer hall.
He joined Tenzing because of the entrepreneurial approach to private equity, the family culture and to help win over the hearts and minds of Founders in the DACH and Nordic regions.
