Marija sits in the Growth Team as Network Lead, responsible for building and managing a network of experts, consultants and operators to support functional, strategic and geographic needs across the portfolio. She thrives on connecting people, moving at pace, and making sure the right expertise is available at the right time.
Working closely with Growth Team functional leads and Investment Leads, she helps map and scope portfolio requirements and connects teams with the most relevant Network resources. She introduces, manages and tracks engagements end-to-end, ensuring they deliver relevance, impact, effectiveness and the ability to scale.
Before joining Tenzing, she worked at Freshminds in the On-Demand team, partnering with top-tier consulting firms, corporates and PE-backed portfolio companies. Her focus was on solving capacity constraints and skills gaps through the deployment of high-quality interim talent.
