Following a couple of formative years in IT recruitment, Matt started out with Deloitte in Leeds, training in Audit before moving to Corporate Finance and spending 11 years advising both corporate and private equity clients.
Matt’s love of creating opportunities and connections in business ultimately led him to Tenzing, where the chance to join a new fund with a real desire to do things differently was too much to resist! Matt started as our first Acquisitions Director, creating and shaping the role before building and leading a team, ultimately responsible for Inorganic Growth across the portfolio. The success in this area, evidenced by completing over 45 strategic acquisitions in 4 years, formed a great base camp from which to move into the investment team and continue his climb…
