Nikki supports the Growth Team, helping manage diaries, coordinate travel and generally keep things running smoothly so the team can stay focused on what matters most. She also gets involved in wider team initiatives where needed.
Before joining Tenzing, Nikki worked as an Executive Assistant at 3i, supporting the Private Equity Investment team and helping run both internal and external events. Prior to that, she was at TDR Capital, where she supported the Investment team and Operating Partners.
Having spent time across a number of private equity environments, Nikki enjoys the pace and variety of the role, and the opportunity to play a part in helping teams operate at their best.
