Paul brings deep experience scaling technology and AI-enabled businesses, with particular expertise across HealthTech, TechBio, product strategy, and AI deployment in regulated industries. His sweet spots are venture development, organisational scaling, and helping businesses translate emerging technologies into practical commercial impact.
Paul previously served as Chief Product Officer and Chief Business Officer at Ada Health, helping scale the business into one of the world’s leading AI-powered health platforms. The platform reached more than 14 million users and partners with healthcare systems and pharmaceutical organisations across Europe and the US, while he also managed the company’s JV in China.
Alongside his operational leadership experience, Paul advises founders, boards, and investors on AI strategy, product development, and organisational design. He is a Director of Morchella Medicine, which develops and licenses novel IP in personalised drug dosing and AI and Agentic systems for therapeutic delivery, and works closely with businesses across health, finance and AI transformation more generally.
Earlier in his career, Paul was Group CEO and Partner at Albion, where he helped scale global technology businesses including Skype, Betfair, King.com, and Zoopla, while also supporting the development of corporate venture models such as giffgaff.
