Rhys works in the Growth Team at Tenzing, supporting portfolio finance functions in building best in class FP&A capability. As Portfolio FP&A Manager, he helps deliver the Finance Transformation Programme to strengthen finance teams, enhance forecasting, pressure test business plans and develop insight driven reporting.
Before Tenzing, Rhys spent five years in civil engineering on major tunnelling projects such as HS2 and Crossrail, before moving into finance with Audit Wales. He built his FP&A experience with Jordans Ryvita, qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant with CIMA, and most recently worked as a Finance Business Partner in the defence sector with MBDA.
Rhys joined Tenzing for the opportunity to work with ambitious management teams and help them develop strong, insight led finance capabilities. Drawn to the Growth Team’s mission and Tenzing’s collaborative culture, he is excited to contribute to meaningful change across the portfolio.
