Sarah is Tenzing’s Subject Specialist for HR and People Strategy.
Sarah helps the Tenzing portfolio companies understand HR and how to get the most out of the People & Culture. She also runs Insights Discovery, a way for our teams to increase their self-awareness and communicate better with everyone around them. Her passion is to have people in the right roles and teams that are engaged and working super effectively.
Sarah runs her own HR Consultancy business after spending more than 10 years in HR including specialisms in Employee Engagement, Organisational Structure and People Operations. Her last three People & Culture Director roles span the Media/Events, Construction and Employee Survey industries and she has over eight years of PE experience.
Sarah loves learning, challenging the traditional and revamping teams and processes.
