Shelley provides guidance, coaching and hands-on support for the revenue teams in our portfolio.

Whether they’re building out their first sales team, understanding how they can improve their sales process or preparing to scale their team, Shelley calls upon her decade of experience leading B2B sales teams to help our portfolio companies achieve their goals.

Shelley is a Co-Founder of the sales technology company, Jiminny. Jiminny was created out of her passion for coaching her team in previous roles, and her frustration at the lack of visibility across her team’s performance. Jiminny now helps solve that problem for 200+ customers.

Prior to building Jiminny, she ran sales teams for almost a decade working with Glenn. She built the UK Sales & Success team for small business clients and launched the US sales team, before joining the exec team as SVP Global Sales. She has faced the challenges of starting from zero, building the first team and fixing things when sales start to plummet. With much success and many mistakes under her belt, she fast tracks the learning of our management teams.

Shelley is also a passionate coach and a tutor for Sales Impact Academy, an online training company that makes training for startups and scale-ups easy and accessible.

Last Adventure

  • Jiminny is an adventure. She can’t call it her ‘last adventure’ as it’s still very much in motion. Still, for anyone reading this who has also founded their own company then you’ll know it has all the key ingredients of an adventure, daring, risky, rewarding and exciting.


  • “Nip it in the bud”. She’s referring to problems. It doesn’t matter what it is, don’t bury your head in the sand. It’s much easier to deal with when it’s the size of a bud, much harder when it’s a well rooted weed.
