Simon started his career at EY as a Management Consultant, initially on a rotational grad scheme before focusing on large-scale digital transformations. Keen to expand is his experience he then joined a B2B start-up in the MarTech industry. This gave him an insight into venture-backed businesses and ignited his desire to work for a PE-backed business focused on growth.
Simon really enjoyed his time on the Tenzing Sherpa Programme due to its learning and development opportunities and breadth of responsibilities.
During his time as a Sherpa, he supported Caroline Plumb (CEO) and the Gravita team, leading a number of areas of Finance Transformation. He feels very lucky to have got the opportunity to work with like-minded people, with similar values, all focused on helping their portfolio companies grow.
Simon was promoted to Group Head of Operations and Transformation in October 2023.
