We’re 50 people strong across London, Stockholm and Munich. Our team is at the core of what we do and made up of approachable, low-ego, fair and kind people who are passionately focused on helping our portfolio companies succeed.

We invest in profitable, high growth technology businesses. Not the super sexy stuff like Spotify (sorry) but the important, mission-critical stuff that we rely on but often don’t see.

We invest heavily in The Altitude Academy©, Tenzing’s one-of-a-kind continuous development programme, because we recognise our people make a huge commitment to us. We’re big believers that a well-rounded and diverse set of skills underpins our culture of high performance and innovation. 

Totally unique in the industry, sessions cover all elements of our unique EQ curriculum, developed by a research-aware trainer and coach, and are complemented by functional on-the-job training.

With plenty of opportunities to practice in a safe and non-judgmental environment and dedicated time for 121 coaching sessions, we’re confident our team can accelerate their careers here, build better working relationships, gain greater self-awareness and become more adaptive humans.
