Our Subject Specialists are on-hand to support CEOs, HR, Marketing and Product leaders across the Tenzing portfolio and meet regularly to share challenges, ideas and inspiration, providing a place to connect and develop.

Our Subject Specialists have deep topic expertise:

  • Marketing: Adam Goyette builds and executes marketing strategies for fast-growing tech companies. He’s an expert in B2B acquisition & conversion, marketing operations, content strategy, metric management and forecasting.
  • Product & Technology: Seb Aspland has built a wealth of experience both as a developer and running product teams. He is currently CTO of one of our portfolio companies, PSSG.
  • Internal Systems & Lead-to-Cash: Rob Tregaskes spends his time helping our companies to develop and optimise their whole lead-to-cash process, CRM, internal technology and operations.
  • Strategic HR: Sarah Akanbi has spent more than a decade in HR, including specialisms in employee engagement, organisational structure and people operations.
  • Internal Communications & Employee Engagement: Catrin Lewis is an internal communications specialist, published author and conference speaker with 10 years of internal communications experience in tech businesses.

All companies are unique of course, but they often have similar scaling issues, such as rolling out a new sales process, implementing a new piece of tech, breaking into international markets or even hiring a digital marketer for the first time.

Dav is our Portfolio Sales Lead and will be working as part of our Growth Team directly with our portfolio companies and their Sales Leaders to create and encourage sales excellence.

Neil is the Finance Operating Partner at Tenzing. He supports the transition of our new portfolio businesses into the world of private equity.

James helps our portfolio companies execute both strategic and tactical commercial projects to aid organic growth.
