Today, we are pleased to announce that our portfolio company, DJH, has acquired Loucas, a well-established accountancy practice with offices across Kent and the South East. DJH supports owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals, who rely on them to achieve their ambitions through expert accountancy advice, challenging conversations and innovative technology.

With over 800 professionals across its office network in the North West, Midlands, Yorkshire, the South East and Ireland, DJH is a UK top 30 accountancy and professional services group with a strong regional footprint and growing international presence. The acquisition strengthens DJH’s presence across the South East and London, building on its recent entry into the region and expanding its reach across key entrepreneurial markets.

The addition of Loucas strengthens DJH’s South East presence further. With local leadership remaining unchanged, Athos Louca will continue as Managing Director alongside the existing senior team, ensuring continuity for clients and a strong cultural fit with DJH’s values.

Scott Heath, Chief Executive Officer of DJH, commented:

“When we made our first acquisition in 2025, we made it clear  the South East was a region we intended to grow in, and that’s exactly what we are doing.

“The area is emerging as one of the most entrepreneurial counties in the UK and the demand for high quality business advice and consultancy is continuing to grow. It has the business density, the entrepreneurial energy, and the economic momentum that makes it exactly the kind of market we want to serve.”

Athos Louca, Managing Director at Loucas, added:

“Joining DJH gives our clients and team a wider platform while preserving more than 50 years of relationship-first culture. I’m excited about what this partnership means for our clients across Kent and the South East,”

Matt Nicholson, Investment Lead at Tenzing, added:

“The South East represents a highly attractive market – we’re excited to continue scaling DJH’s presence there with such a high-quality team.”

This is the tenth transaction DJH has completed with the support of private equity partner Tenzing since 2022.
