Today, European tech investor Tenzing announces that DJH has partnered with Ashgates, expanding DJH’s footprint across the Midlands, North-West, and Yorkshire regions. This latest partnership takes the UK top 50 accountancy and professional services group into the East Midlands, complementing its existing 10 offices.
Scott Heath, Chief Executive Officer of DJH, said, “Ashgates share our team-first, client-centric approach and have built a business based on delivering exceptional business advice. Founded on principles of progressive thinking and building strong client relationships, Ashgates has a comprehensive range of services, including IT support and solutions, further expanding what we offer across the Group.”
Tony Lymn, Director at Ashgates, said, “We are delighted to join forces with DJH. This partnership will strengthen both firms’ capabilities and provide our clients access to additional specialist services. It will also allow continued investment in the learning and development of our team, creating opportunities for them to grow and flourish.”
The partnership reinforces DJH’s commitment to strategic growth through carefully selected M&A to enhance both its presence in the industry and its services. In the last 12 months, the group welcomed Lyon Griffiths in Nantwich, Haines Watts in Altrincham, Revell Ward in Huddersfield, DTE in Bury, and specialist dental accountants Minford Dental into its fold.
Mike Reynolds, Investment Lead at Tenzing, added “The alliance between Ashgates and DJH takes the Group into three further UK regions, broadening their presence and expertise in the UK SME market. Ashgates is a great cultural fit for DJH and we look forward to the opportunities that this partnership will create for the Group and its clients.”
