Our investment in Mandata in late 2021 marked the beginning of a new chapter for the leading transport management software provider, and we’re very excited to deliver an even greater customer experience for the business’ loyal client base by bringing Christopher Farnath on board as Mandata’s first Chief Customer Officer.
Christopher joins Mandata with 25 years’ experience across multiple industry sectors. In his previous role, he helped customers including Sodexo, Universal and National Trust to increase their adoption of software solutions and consistently improve their outcomes.

Christopher’s experience will help Mandata support and develop the high-performing teams necessary to achieve greater customer-centricity as the business expands its transport management software network in the coming months. He will focus on supporting customers by establishing strategic initiatives that will deliver first-rate customer service to Mandata customers.
