Today, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Siddle as the new Chair of Saville Assessment, marking an important step in the company’s growth.
Roger is a seasoned business leader with a distinguished career across both public and private equity-backed businesses. He has served as CEO of Findel plc and BPP Holdings, and has chaired several high-growth companies. Earlier in his career, Roger was Managing Partner at Bain & Co., where he advised businesses on accelerating performance and creating long-term value.
As Chair of Saville’s Board, Roger will work closely with the leadership team to sharpen the company’s commercial focus, accelerate international expansion, enhance the client product experience through continued innovation, and pursue selective acquisitions to strengthen Saville’s market position.
