If you subscribe to an email newsletter
We will hold the information you enter securely in MailChimp, our email marketing and management system. We will use the information solely for the purpose of sending you the email newsletter that you have requested. We will not sell or pass on your information to any other company for any other purpose.
If you apply for an open job vacancy through our website
We will hold the information you enter securely in Pinpoint, our Applicant Tracking System. We will use the information you have provided solely for the purposes of assessing your suitability for the job you have applied for and for any other vacancies we have available in our company or group or portfolio companies.
We will keep your information for a maximum of two years to enable us to match you against future opportunities and also to ensure we can investigate any questions or issues around recruitment decisions.
The data that we collect from you and process using Pinpoint’s Services will be transferred to and stored at one of several datacentre locations in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and may be synchronised to one of several datacentre locations in London (United Kingdom) for backup and redundancy purposes. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.

As part of our evaluation of your application, we may download your CV from Pinpoint and discuss and distribute it internally for review. We will do this within Microsoft Office 365 and will hold the data on their servers which for us, are located in the UK.
Retention of personal information
We will hold your personal information for as long as is required to enable us to communicate with you or use your personal information in the ways described above. Should you wish your information to be changed or removed from our database, please contact us.
Disclosure
Tenzing will disclose your personal information if required by applicable law or by a court or regulatory order.
